Served 1-2
Ingredients
Steam rice 1 cup
Salmon Fillet 100 grams (Put more if feel like)
Egg 1-2
Corn, carrot and peas mixed 100 grams
Cucumber, tomato and lemon/lime
Spring Onion
Olive oil
Soy Sauce 1 table spoon
Black Pepper and salt
Method
1. Heat stove up, bring water to boiled, then put salmon in wait until salmon is cooked. You also can steam, Grill or fry. Any method to make salmon cook its al right but no no no ! Not microwave please. After cook break Salmon into small pieces.
2. Peel carrot and dice them up, size to be same as peas and corn. Slice corn and mixed them together. If it is any leftover put them in the freezer for next time. This mixed veggie will get yours foods a beautiful colour and taste devine too. If too complicated to buy or prepare ingredients, use the mixed frozen from supermarket is fine. Remember! Use the fresh one if you can because the flavour will come out naturally.
3. Chop Spring onion very fine, we need about 2 table spoons.
4. Heat the pan up to high, put olive oil in wait for a moment if see a bit smoke break egg in stir them well.
5. Put steam rice in stir well (Heat should be on high) very quick put mixed veggies in stir regularly. Left over rice will be good choice for fried rice because perfect Fried rice should be a bit dry.
6. Simply put Salmon, soy sauce, pepper in stir well and put a bit salt in, stirs it up again. Taste will be slightly salty .(Salt and soy sauce will give you a perfect salty, not over barring)
7. Before finishing up quickly put chopped spring onion in, turn stove off, stir them well.
So now Salmon Fried rice is done “READY TO EAT”. Just put it on plate.Put cucumber, tomato on the side, squeeze lemon in before eats. This will give you a very fresh taste. Cucumber and Tomato is just an idea for garnishing. My recommendation is put anything you desire to eat in for example mixed salad, rocket, hot dog, coriander go along very well with fried rice ,etc.
TIPS: When doing fried rice it’s very important to put egg in at first thing because egg will help rice not stick up in the pan.
And if by the end of yours cooking …your fried rice is not stick in a pan, it’s a very good sign that you are become a legend :) OJ
SEE?? COOKING IS NO BIG DEAL!!
